This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.2 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police, insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No. 1570 of 2024.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the said final report, if so advised. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
