The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.68 of 2024 registered by the second respondent dated 08.07.2024 within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the second respondent, after completing the investigation, has already filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramnad through e-filing on 16.08.2024.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
