PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.141 of 2025 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 324(4), 296(b) and 351(2) of 1/3

BNS, in Crime No.141 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that there arose property dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. Due to that motive, the petitioner along with other accused persons trespassed into the defacto complainant's property and damaged the fencing, CCTV camera. When the same was questioned by the defacto complainant, the petitioner along with other accused persons abused the defacto complainant and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to abide any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail. 4.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that there are totally four accused involved in this case and the petitioner has been arrayed as A2 and all other accused are absconding. The petitioner along with other accused trespassed into the defacto complainant property and damaged the fencing and threatened him with dire consequences. He further submitted that no one was injured in this incident. However, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.

manner in which, the offence was allegedly committed by the petitioner and no one was arrested till now and also taking note of the fact that the investigation is in preliminary stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this point of time.
