ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.256 of 2024 registered by the second respondent police dated 27.06.2024 within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the second respondent, after completing the investigation, has already filed the final report before the jurisdictional Court through e-filing.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
