ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District to dispose of the suit in OS.No.79 of 2019 within the time fixed by this Court. 2.The grievance of the petitioners is that the petitioners filed a suit for partition in OS.No.79 of 2019 in the year 2019 before the Additional District Court, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram. The defendants one way or the other is delaying the suit proceedings. Therefore, the petitioner has come forward with the above prayer. 3.There is no representation for the respondents, despite notice served and name printed.

4.Considering that the suit is filed in the year 2019 for partition and the trial is not concluded so far, the learned Additional District Judge, Paramakudi is directed to dispose of the above suit, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2/4

order. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
