ORDER

The plaintiff, in the suit in O.S.No.337 of 2019 on the file of the Sub Court, Palani, has filed the present revision seeking speedy trial of the said suit filed by her for a bare injunction. 2.A perusal of the B-diary extracts would reveal that the matter has been pending for filing the written statement since 26.02.2020 and thereafter, the mater is being adjourned for hearing I.A.No.479 of 2019. Since this Interlocutory Application was not been heard, the petitioner has moved I.A.No.24 of 2021 for advancing the hearing. Since the suit was filed as early as in the year 2019 and pleadings are yet to be completed, the learned Sub Judge, Palani is, therefore, directed to ensure that the suit in O.S.No.337 of 2019 is disposed of within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
