ORDER

The petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.8 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent, which was registered for the offence under Sections 85 and 75(2) of BNS. They have moved this petition to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.8 of 2025 registered against them, on the ground of compromise.

2. Though this petition has been filed on the ground of compromise, there is no compromise memo filed before this Court that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. In the absence of any compromise memo, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition along with a compromise memo.
