This Contempt Petition is filed on the premise of the order in W.P.(MD).No.2213 of 2015 has not been complied with. 1/4

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the order dated 04.04.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.2213 of 2015 has been complied with by the Respondent. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect, which reads as under: "Today (13.10.2022), I received a cheque for sum of Rs.52,000/-. I am disputing the quantum of the amount arrived. Hence liberty may be given to challenge the quantum and proceeding of the Respondent. With the liberty contempt may be closed".
