This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent No.1 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's two daughter and family members life, limb based on the petitioner's online complaint dated 30.09.2019. 2.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint lodged by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL.O.P.(MD).No.14227 of 2019 petitioner as well as the respondents 6 to 9, the fourth respondent registered case in Crime No.231 of 2019 and 232 of 2019. He also submitted that the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody in Crime No.231 of 2019.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the grievance of the petitioner is that the parents of the petitioner are age old persons and are being harassed by the counter parties. 4.In view of the above, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner and also conduct investigation in both First Information Reports and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
