Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.RAMSUNDARVIJAYRAJ.S, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11047 of 2021, dated 19.08.2021. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in the above Original petition the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30am and 05.30pm until further orders and in another petition, Crl.OP.(MD)No.12752 of 2021, the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate daily at 10.30 am, until further orders. He would further submit that it is not possible for the petitioners to appear before the concerned Police and the concerned Judicial Magistrate, at the same time.
