the respondent Police dated 25.10.2025 and 26.10.2025 to the petitioners and consequently, direct the learned Special Judge to take on the additional charge sheet or supplementary charge sheet and to frame the charges and conclude the trial in C.C.No.9 of 2024 on the file of the Special Court for TNPID Act cases, Madurai, within a time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The petitioners, with a grievance that they have not been added as witnesses in C.C.No.9 of 2024, have filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to file additional charge sheet before the Special Court for TNPID Act Cases, Madurai, by including their statements as witnesses.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the respondent Police has taken steps to include the petitioners as witnesses to the proceedings in C.C.No.9 of 2024 2/4

and they would file the additional charge sheet within a period of four weeks from today.
