O R D E R

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"to withdraw and transfer F.C.O.P.No. 406 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Erode to the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli."

2.Heard Mr.Harivishnu, learned Counsel representing Ms.T.Banumathy, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.N.Ramanathan, learned Counsel for the respondent. 3.Today, when the matter is being taken up, the learned Counsel for the parties submit that by mutual consent, under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, a divorce decree has been granted on 06.11.2024 and both the parties are living separately and now, there is no dispute arose between them. Thus, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on the instruction of his client, submits that he do not want to press this Petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.Mr.A.N.Ramanathan, learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection to the prayer made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 5.Accordingly, in view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, granted stands vacated and the file is consigned to record. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
