ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2019 to the second respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14407 of 2019 that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the respondent police issued CSR No.35 of 2019 and it is still pending on the file of the third respondent.

3. Hence the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 17.06.2019 with the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5 after issuing summons. At this stage police protection cannot be granted. Hence the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Further the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
