PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by second respondent in his proceeding in Proc .Rc. 29264/5/N1 dated 16.6.2005 in so far as it relates to withholding of Rs. 50,000 from the DCRG of the petitioner is concerned and the consequential impugned order issued by third respondent in his impugned proceedings Na.Ka.No. 8038/2015/Gna1, dated 21.09.2015, served to the petitioner only on 06.11.2015, and quash the same as illegal and consequently, to direct the respondents to release the amount of Rs.50,000/- withheld from petitioner's DCRG within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Writ of Certiorarified Mandanus, to quash the impugned order with the consequential relief to direct the respondents to release the amount of Rs.50,000/- withheld from the petitioner's DCRG.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the writ petition was already granted to the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 04.11.2022 Index :
