Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the third respondent from in any way interfering with the peaceful life of the petitioner by foisting false cases and calling the petitioner's husband for enquiry and making him to wait in the police station hours and day together under the guise of enquiry thereby depriving the fundamental right of the petitioner and her family members.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner's husband under the guise of conducting enquiry.

2. The very averments made in the Writ Petition disclose that it is only the petitioner's husband being harassed. It is not known why the petitioner's husband did not come forward to file a Writ Petition, instead, arranged his wife to file a Writ Petition. On the very face of it, the Writ Petition is not maintainable and hence, the same stands dismissed. No costs.
