On the dispute between the brothers, the petitioner has filed this writ petition in the year 2018, seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents to disconnect the electricity service connection in S.C.No.9, Meyappatti, K.Vairanpatti Group, Thirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai, by considering his representation dated 02.05.2018.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the electricity service connection in S.C.No.9 stands in the name of the petitioner. However, after partition, the Well and the electricity service connection is transferred in the name of the third respondent. Therefore, he sought for disconnection of electricity service connection.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submits that pending this writ petition the petitioner has also applied for free electricity service connection and obtained the connection. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the third respondent, this writ petition is closed.
