Srinivasan,Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking orders to set aside the order, dated 30.08.2022 and restore the C.R.P(MD)Nos.2717 and 2718 of 2018, which were dismissed on 30.08.2022.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.08.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was adjourned to 18.08.2023 under the caption for dismissal. On 18.08.2023, the learned counsel for the petitioner has taken time to implead the legal heirs of the deceased respondent, at his request the matter was adjourned to 01.09.2023. Subsequently, after two hearings, there was no representation and hence, the matter was adjourned to 18.03.2024 under the caption for dismissal. Even today, (i.e.,18.03.2024), there is no representation for the petitioner.
