ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action as against the fifth respondent on the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 19.01.2017 alleging that the fifth respondent is running a slaughtering business without any valid licence. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent would submit that the fifth respondent is running a broiler shop with necessary licence from the Panchayat. However, after a period of six years, the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 19.01.2017 cannot be considered without knowing the present situation.

3.In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation before the authority concerned on the fresh cause of action, if so advised and on receipt of the same, the authority concerned is directed to dispose of the same after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter parties, on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
