The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents 2 to 5 under Section 35 of the Advocates Act, 1961, as per the petitioner's complaint dated 28.10.2015. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2, 3 & 5 would submit that bar council conducted an enquiry in respect of the petitioner's complaint dated 2/4

28.10.2015 and the same is rejected. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the Writ Petition.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2, 3 & 5, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
