ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry by searching his house etc., 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents reports that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No. 74 of 2019, for offences under section 379 of IPC as against the petitioner. 3.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
