COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The impugned orders are questioned on the grounds set out in the affidavit filed in support of these writ petitions. 2/4

3.The learned Special Government Pleader points out that the pay or the rank of the writ petitioners have not been affected. The deputation/transfer/shifting by whatever name it may be called is also within the same campus. When the rights of the petitioners have not been infringed, I am not inclined to interfere. These writ petitions are dismissed. No costs.
