These writ petitions have been filed seeking to quash the Gazette notification dated 09.10.2013, insofar as it modifies the earlier resolution to only lease the Government land for salt manufacturer for a period of 20 years by invitation of tender and also resolving to renew the lease.

2.The issue in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in a batch of writ petitions in W.P.Nos.34859 of 2013 etc.,.

3.In view of the same, there is no necessity to make any adjudication further in these writ petitions. Following the judgement stated supra, these writ petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
