PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned suspension order issued by the 3rd respondent, dated 26.07.2024 vide Na.Ka.No.A1/7035/2024 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service along with backwages within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Supervisor of TASMAC shop challenging his order of suspension order dated 26.07.2024. 2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the suspension order has been revoked by the respondents on 23.09.2024 and he has been reinstated in service.
