Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records pertaining to the impugned order Mu.Mu.No.020914/D2/E3/2014, dated 04.07.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to disburse the petitioner s salary from 25.02.2013 to 05.06.2014 by granting approval to his appointment from 25/02/2013.
