ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the final report filed in C.C.No.146 of 2019 in Crime No.3 of 2013, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni.

2. The petitioner, claiming to be the Secretary of Gold Victims Welfare Association, has moved this application to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.146 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni. and also for a consequential direction for further investigation in Crime No.3 of 2013.

3. Even according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is neither a complainant nor a witness in C.C.No.146 of 2019. Being a third party, he has filed this application seeking to quash the said proceedings. Since the petitioner has no locus standi in the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present application.
