ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.163 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police on the ground of compromise between the petitioner and the second respondent.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the first petitioner is the habitual offender and fifty cases are pending against him and the second petitioner is the son of the first petitioner. That apart, the first respondent has completed the investigation and filed a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and the same is pending for taking cognizance.
