Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that a total of four accused persons are 1/4

involved in this crime. He further submitted that three previous cases, similar in nature, are pending against the petitioner.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
