COMMON JUDGMENT When the matter was came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties in terms of compromise arrived at before the Tamil Nadu Medication and Concillition Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai and the mediation report is also filed before this Court. The learned counsel pressed for withdrawal of Appeals and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. The mediation report along with terms of compromise shall form part of the judgment. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
