The basic challenge is to the validity of G.O.(Ms).No.16, Public Works Department dated 14.01.2011. The validity of the said government order has been sustained by a learned Judge of this Court in W.P.(MD)Nos.6840 and 7061 of 2012 etc batch and nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition stands 2/4

dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
