2. Today, the respondent police secured the detenue and produced her before this Court. On enquiry, she submitted that due to family dispute between herself and her husband, she went away from the matrimonial home, on her own, and staying with her friends. She further stated that she has joined with her husband two days ago.

3. The petitioner also appeared before this Court and states that, since her daughter was missing from her son-in-law's house and she has not come to her husband and on some suspicious circumstances, she has filed the present habeas corpus petition. She has no objection for joining her daughter to the husband.

4. Taking note of the statement given by the detenue Selvarani and also considering her willingness to join with her husband, we find no further adjudication is required in this matter. Hence, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
