ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the basis of the 1/3

complaint given by the defacto complainant enquiry is pending, before the respondent police. He further submitted that the summon was issued to the petitioner for enquiry, but the petitioner did not appear before the respondent police.

2. Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. The petitioner is directed to co-operate to the respondent police to complete the process of enquiry.

3.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
