When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.) clarified that Crime No.1332 of 2020 has been registered against the petitioner's husband on the file of the K.Pudur Police Station. It is made clear that against the petitioner, no complaint has been received and no enquiry is pending against her.
