ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 5th respondent to re correct the petitioner's name in her Application No.2020/0402/24/000679, dated 18.12.2020, to the 5th respondent and issue beneficiary certificate under the Chief Minister's Girl Child Protection Scheme - II by disposing of the petitioner's application within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that he has already submitted an application but there is a mistake. Hence, the petitioner is seeking permission to correct the mistake. The petitioner further submitted that fresh application cannot be filed, since there is no provision to condone the delay. If not permitted to rectify the mistake, the petitioner will not be entitled to the benefits. Hence, the petitioner is seeking permission to rectify the mistake. 3.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's claim and pass appropriate orders on 2/4

merits in accordance to law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
