ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 10.11.2017 in I.A.No.831(a) of 2017 in O.S.No.1802 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli.
2. This Court, by order dated 19.10.2023, called for a report from the concerned Principal District Judge with regard to the status of O.S.No.1802 of 2009 in the trial Court. Accordingly, the Principal District Judge (i/c), Tiruchirappalli has sent a report, wherein it is stated that the suit in O.S.No.1802 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli was disposed of by order dated 22.03.2022.
3. In view of the above, as already the suit itself was disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
5. There shall be no order as to costs.
