ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 427 and 506(ii) IPC, in Cr.No.281 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity between the parties, on 12.09.2022, the petitioner and other accused waylaid the de-facto complainant, abused him in filthy language and threatened him with dire consequences and also caused damage to the de-facto complainant's car. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

No.17029 of 2022 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that due to enmity, the petitioner along with 15 others attacked the defacto complainant and caused damage to the car worth about Rs.50,000/-. He would further submit that no one has injured in this case and no previous case is pending against the petitioner and the investigation is still pending. Hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail.
5.Considering the gravity and nature of the offence and also considering the damage of the property and also the fact that the investigation is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
