Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondent police 1 to 4 from interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and respondents 5 and 6 pertaining to the commercial dealings between M/s.Santhosh Marbles and M/s.Sri Ram Tiles.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The only prayer made by the petitioner is that the respondent police should not interfere with the civil dispute that is said to be pending against him on the one hand and respondents 5 and 6 on the other. No exception can be made to this request.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) also states that the authorities have no intention to interfere with the civil dispute.

4. Recording the said submission, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
