Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.HAROON RASHEED.D.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to execute two sureties each in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9614 of 2022, dated 25.08.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

CRL MP(MD) No.11592 of 2022 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9614 of 2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute two common sureties each for a sum of Rs.10,000/- . The other conditions, shall remain unaltered.
