ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 3628 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3628 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court on all hearing dates. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
