PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records from the Second Respondent in the impugned order 19.10.2015 in O.Mu.aa3/3962/15 and quash the same and consequently direct the Second Respondent to survey the four boundaries of the Petitioner land in Survey No.1424/1 at Kovilpatti, Periyakulam, Theni District. For Petitioner : No Appearance For Respondents : Mr.R.Murugan Additional Government Pleader

ORDER
