S.A(MD)No.514 of 2016 village with the consent of the respondents 3 to 10 which was also agreed to be recognised by the respondents 1 and 2 in the event of withdrawing the second appeal. Considering the development of the school and also the benefit enuring on the village, the appellant has also agreed to withdraw the Second Appeal. Therefore, the appellant is not pressing the Second Appeal and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. The said memo is placed on record.

2. In view of the above, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
