ORDER
The revision petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.100 of 2017. He filed a suit in O.S.No.100 of 217 before the District Munsif Court, Musiri, seeking permanent injunction restraining the respondent herein, who is the defendant in the suit, from interfering with temple festival being held in the month of Chithirai in every year.
2. It is the grievance of the revision petitioner that though the suit has been filed in the month of April 2017 and the prayer sought for in the suit is to restrain the defendant, who is the respondent herein, from interfering with the temple festival being held in the month of Chithiral in every year, the same is pending for more than two years. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition, seeking a direction to the Court below for early disposal of O.S.No.100 of 2017.

The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that as per the Judicial Notification No.C-5 CAS/2007 Tamil Nadu Case Flow Management in Subordinate Courts/Rules 2007, the suit for permanent injunction should be disposed of within a period of two years from the date of filing the suit. But, the same is pending for more than two years. Hence, the revision petitioner seeks a direction to the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.100 of 2017.

Considering the fact that the suit for permanent injunction is pending for more than two years and in view of Judicial Notification No.C-5 CAS/2007 Tamil Nadu Case Flow Management in Subordinate Courts/Rules 2007, this Court directs the learned District Munsif, Musiri, to dispose of O.S.No.100 of 2017, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
