ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to cancel the house site planning permission granted to the property at Trichy District, K.Abhishekapuram village, S.F.No.49, Ward No.AA, Block No.1 in proceedings made in Ma.Va/N.Oo.E.E.(Thi.ma) No. 187/2024, on the file of the first respondent, in the light of petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2025.

The learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent submits that the petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2025 will be considered and disposed of by the first respondent on merits, after due notice to the parties against whom the petitioner has made allegations that they have shown the petitioner's property in the lay out approval sought by them. 2/5

3. Recording the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2025 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that before passing any order, appropriate notice shall be issued to the persons against whom the petitioner has made allegations. No costs.
