Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2.Considering the nature of averments made in the leave petition and considering the arguments of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the trial Court acquitted the accused only on the ground that there is no direct evidence to connect. But, however, there are other materials poiting out towards the involvement of the accused, I am of the view that the leave can be granted.
