ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.There is a dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent regarding administration of the petition mentioned temple. The third respondent had retained the temple keys. For directing the third respondent to hand over the keys, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.During the pendency of this writ petition, the third respondent passed away on 24.05.2021 and his legal heirs had handed over the temple key to the writ petitioner herein. This is the instruction given by the jurisdictional Revenue Inspector to the learned Additional Government Pleader.

4.Recording the subsequent developments, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
