The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"to withdraw the case in O.S.No.73 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli and transfer the same to try along with M.C.No.21 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Pudukkottai." 2.Heard Mr.AN.Ramanathan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Kaveri Manian, learned Counsel for the respondent. 3.Today, when the matter is being taken up, the learned Counsel for the parties submit that the dispute is purely matrimonial in nature and both the parties have resolved their dispute amicably and now, the petitioner and the respondent are living together. Thus, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on the instructions of his client, submits that he do not want to press this petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, as no cause of action exists any further. also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.Mr.Kaveri Manian, learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection to the prayer made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 5.Accordingly, in view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, granted stands vacated and the file is consigned to record. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
