ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take appropriate and necessary actions to remove the encroachment as per the representation dated 07.11.2014.

2. Heard M/s.V.Jeyarani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Prakash, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.S.E.Monich Vincent, learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent.

Considering the prayer sought for in the writ petition and also considering the fact that the representation has been made as early as in the year 2014, the writ petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the fourth respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the fourth respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter.

4. With the above said directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
