Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.B1/050/2618 dated 07.01.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to fix the pay scale of the petitioner in the post of Lab Attender on par with similar government servants and University of Madras as per clause 4(iii) of G.O.Ms.No.402 Higher Education H2 Department dated 13.12.2008 and pay the revised pay to the petitioner with all arrears within the time stipulated by this Court.
