ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.7 of 2020 registered on the file of the second respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.) submitted that two of the accused have filed quash petition before this Court and interim stay was granted on 17.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6953 of 2020. When an interim stay is in operation, it is not possible for the second respondent to file any final report.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for the present.
