ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. The petitioner belongs to Scheduled Caste community. Since the petitioner faced interference at the hands of the other members of the dominant community in the village and for protecting his civil and possessory rights, the present writ petition came to be filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states after notice was issued by this Court, the problem appears to have suffered a natural death. If the petitioner is still having any subsisting grievance, it is always open to the petitioner to move this Court again for appropriate relief.

4. With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
