2. The petitioner challenges G.O.(Ms)No.16, Public Works Department dated 14.01.2011, whereby the fishery rights have been taken over by the Government. The validity of the said GO was upheld by this Court in a batch of writ petitions. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
